Ashley and Chanda and amazing to work with in finding me to perfect place for my elderly grandmother. She has low income and would not be able to make it without them! They have went through incredible lengths to make me feel comfortable even living so far away. Thank you both again for helping me and my grandma. I know she will be in good hands! 🙏🏼

The woman that handles those properties is rude, unprofessional and uses subtle vitality and passive aggressive behavior as a form of intimidation... I had been on the wait list since 2021 at the time I was contacted in 2023 I came in for an appointment and was unable to leave my current lease. I came in for an appointment today to which she opened the door after 5/10 minutes and said she removed me from the waitlist because I was late.. she said she remembers me from last time and that I was a mess the last time I came too and if I want some kind of “accommodation” like I do not deserve such a thing when I asked to please keep me on the list l, also assumed that I didn’t have my paperwork together” but I did.. I am a disabled, single mother and needed to pick my daughter up from school.

Those who seem to leave nasty reviews sound like the problem! Going on 5 years and never have I had an issue with Management. I pay my rent on time and don't have people living with me who aren't on my lease. Plenty of those tenants here! I'm sure those people who have left nasty comments felt entitled in some way and felt they can speak to people any kind of way, clearly the Management wasn't dealing with that and made that clear. Its the residents that make this place and I see alot of residents trash this place and Management is left to clean up and deal with the disrespect on a regular basis, not cool but yet everyone complains! I was so excited to move here with my husband and two children. It resulted in disaster and I do not recommend living here. They are a property management company so I called to have the maintenance person remove the sleeve in my living room wall and put my personal air conditioner into the sleeve (as they requested). That way I could have air conditioning in my apartment. I called on Thursday and Friday and the office manager said she will inform the maintenance man. No one ever came. Their office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. It was 102 degrees out that weekend and I was living on the third flood with a 2 year old and a 2 month old. Needless to say we were living in an oven. I decided I did not want to wait until Monday for a maintenance person to not show up again. So I put the A/C

I would never recommend this place to anybody is been the worst experience that I've ever had. No sense of community from the office. Office team thinks that everybody who lives here is beneath them and are stupid and talk nasty about everybody who lives here. They do not give you 24 hours notice before entering your apartment as well for inspections. They mark the paper for the day before and then give you the paper the next day, which is not 24 hours the last time they gave us a notice about an inspection. It was for the next days. I don’t care how desperate you are to move to Manchester don’t come here. This place SUCKS!
