Bee Sure Home Inspection

I recently had my home inspection done by Ed and his son, they were very professional and looked over every detail of the house! They both did an amazing job and saw things I wouldn’t have ever noticed, and helped make me feel confident with what my husband and I were getting into. Since this would be our first home, we had a lot of questions and just wanted to make sure we were making the right decision, Ed made sure to answer any questions and concerns we had! I think very highly of Ed and his son and would recommend them to anyone who needs a home inspection!

Ed and his son performed our home inspection for us. It was like watching a well-orchestrated ballet of knowledgeable professionals! They were a very well oiled machine who took great time and care in our inspection. Literally top to bottom and every nook and cranny in between. They explained things in a very approachable, easy-to-understand way, and we’re not the least bit condescending or annoyed at my silly questions. They were quite literally happy to answer them. I felt 100% certain in their ability and recommendations. We had a full written report with pictures and extra information within 4 HOURS!! So I was greeted by Ed Jr. on the roof! He smiled and it warmed the atmosphere. Genuinely good people, so rare to find in many industries. He was very professional and introduced himself and Ed Sr. #awesome . This is my first time purchasing a home and I felt very confident with their inspection. Best inspectors I know! They took their time, explained everything to us. The report was very thorough. Answered alot of our questions which were alot since we were first time home buyers and had no idea what to look for.

Ed is one of the best in the business and has been my go to inspector for many years. He is responsive and his inspections are thorough. When trusting an inspector to help protect my clients and their best interest I can't think of anyone else I would recommend!
