I had a wonderful experience working with Marjorie. She communicated quickly and thoroughly, answered all of my questions clearly, and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. During the viewing, she took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. Been living in this building for a few months and have been loving it! Maintenance does a great job keeping the grounds clean and presentable. I get countless compliments from visitors when they come see my unit. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to experience downtown Stamford!

June will be my 6th year here and my last. Started out lovely, but the new management team & property manager Ashley have brought the building into a downward spiral. She & management have confirmed they are now running *multiple* Airbnb's through unrented rooms (search on Airbnb for yourself). Expect countless leaks throughout your apartment, as well as the rest of the building (especially if you have a vehicle in the garage.) I've now had a leak in my bedroom roof reappear for the 3rd time in 3 years. Building claims to have a 24/7 emergency number for lockouts, you will reach a voicemail at all hours. Have had a dangerous HVAC leak which management blamed on "candles." (Please check other review below noting the same issue.) Unruly neighbor's on my floor have had the police call

I’ve lived in a few different buildings in Stamford, but Bedford Hall stands out—and a huge reason is Marjorie, the property manager. She goes above and beyond for residents every single day. From the moment you tour the building, you feel welcomed and taken care of. Marjorie is responsive, genuinely cares, and handles everything with professionalism and warmth. The building itself is clean, quiet, and in a perfect location—close to downtown but still peaceful. Amenities are top-notch and maintenance is always quick. If you’re considering moving here, do it—you won’t find a better-managed place in Stamford!
