I had a very positive experience working with Yuda when my boyfriend and I moved apartments recently. He took fantastic, realistic photos of the apartment, was extremely quick to reply to us and set up a showing, was respectful of the current tenants by enforcing mask and glove protocol to protect against COVID, and coordinated us signing the lease and connecting with the landlord efficiently and effectively. He also showed great integrity when he turned down an offer to rent the apt for additional money bc we had already put down our deposit. I met Yuda at a showing as I had 3 days until my lease was up. I was desperate for someone to rent me anything (that would be safe enough for a young woman to live alone in) and there was a line outside with his following appointments. I walked around the neighborhood after my time, and, when I returned, the line had finished. I ran up to him and asked how I could, not only be at the top of the list, but be able to move in by the weekend. He had an email composed for me that detailed the process, and kindly walked through it all with me before sending it my way. I was moved in 4 days later! Yuda also met me at the property on the day of move-in to make sure I had no issues! He absolutely went above and beyond and I am forever thankful for him.

Apartment shopping isn't easy, especially when you are planning a wedding as well, but Yuda made it super easy.
