Bedford Crossing Apartment Homes

Not sure if I should give 3 stars. Truely surprised at how poorly this property has been kept. No real cleaning crew since November, sidewalks were not shoveled at all with all of the snow, just the entry ways which did not help when walking from your car to the building. Very disappointing.

The property manager is great (Tara). She is very responsive and cares about the people here. Maintenance staff is really good as well. I love living close to the metro park, and I've never had pest issues that usually go along with being close to nature like that. It would be kind of nice to have replacements for older carpeting and stuff like that but the important things are done well.

I've been here for 3 plus years and its the people why I stick around. From the friendly, courteous neighbors to the awesome maintenance and cleaning staff. Property management (Tara) is caring and understanding of the tenants concerns and needs. If it was not for management, friendly staff, and polite tenants, I do not think the folks who reside in Bedford Place would stay as long as they do. Five stars for sure...but that's only because I cannot give 10!

I am a current resident of Bedford Place Apartments and have been here going on four years, I have lived here once before for eight years and have found it to be a good place to live. (hint: why I moved have after being gone for 5 years) The property manager is great she does her job to perfection and the maintenance guy, Jeff, bends over backward to help the tenants in anyway. I have seen and have friends that live in other buildings around the area and all say that Bedford Place is way better. Yes it lacks certain amenities but those are things that are not commonly found in the area but overall nice place to live. I know many of the people in the building and that because so many of us have been here so long we are like family.....come on by and check it out for your selves!

I've live here for years and never any issues! The Property Manager Tara is great and she is always so helpful. Jeff in maintenance goes above and beyond when you ask him to do things for you. Overall great experience
