Had a great experience with my tour! I toured with Cathleen and she was amazing! She answered all of my questions, was very transparent and took me through the whole facility. I enjoyed the experience!

Move-in process was awesome. Aysia helped me with all the details & even followed up with me during my actual move-in. The unit was super clean upon arrival and everything looked so nice for the amazing prices! 10/10 recommend. Any minor issues I had I put in a maintenance request and it was fixed promptly the next day!

I had a great experience touring this apartment. Jada was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, and the community amenities were impressive. Overall, it was a smooth and informative tour that left a very positive impression.

Haven't lived here yet, but am applying currently!! Thank you so much Aysia... I knew this was going to be my new home immediately after our tour. The buildings and A/C units, amenities, etc. are new-new (2023 build) - no bugs or water damage in the 2 we toured - very gorgeous apartments and pool, gym, etc. Complex was quiet, across from a VA's office, and is in a low-crime bubble (google this always!). Asyia, our super welcoming and wonderfully detailed agent was very personable, and made sure I had all the information I needed to feel secure living here! ALL of the Leasing Office's employees were SO wonderful as well! My mother and I came in to tour, and were met with a pristine space and perfect hospitality. Had a tour today & Ms Luella was awesome! 10’s across the board, everyone in the office was so welcoming and friendly and that is how you welcome potential residents! I usually don’t understand why people be leaving 5 stars just for the tour and they haven’t experienced living on the property yet but I seen why today, great first impression & and the property was clean and quiet which is a plus!
