Beazer Homes Somerset

As a Realtor with over 20 years experience I went to Somerset to familiarize myself with the community, construction and look for a client at what is available. This community as well as other SC Beazer communities are offering standard amenities and materials that other builders are not. It was very interesting. I really liked that Beazer is building and offering Spec homes to buyers.

Fantastic builder. The 2 gentlemen that are running the site were beyond helpful. Brandon and Bob, i believe absolutely amazing guys. I would absolutely recommend checking the site out. Bob also mentioned his community that was starting up a bit higher on the price range but given the way they build the less expensive houses I would recommend Beezer any day of the week.
