Visited their model home in Bridgeland and it was gorgeous! The salesman was very friendly and informative. He helped us figure out the numbers and was very helpful in what we were looking for. He went through all their plans that we were looking for with us. We are considering buying one because of their spray foam insulation and great floor plans. Thanks for being so helpful and kind to us.

horrible company, their contract states they have up to 2 years to build your home, regardless whatthe saleman said. i put down my earnest money for a home in Cypress Texas 07//2018 after saleman gave a completion time frame of 12/2018. 3 months went by and they have not broke ground. i cancel my contract and they refuse to refund my earnest money

No one in the team takes responsibility once you sign the contract. No body bothers to complete the construction.Highly unprofessional builder.
