Having bought many homes over the course of my adult life, I can honestly say the experience with buying our Beazer home ranks at the top. We bought our home before they had models up. We were so impressed with the sales rep (William Nunez) who was in a makeshift trailer they had placed while they built the models, we travelled west 30 miles to another new Beazer development. The quality and well thought out design sold me immediately and I signed a contract that day for a home in Glendale. I have a lot of experience in building stretching back 5 decades.
