Beauparte Apartments

These apartments are very unprofessional. I understand you’re under new management but before taking over a complex you should know something about running much less answering the phone. My husband and I tried to call to contact these people for 3 days straight and no one answered. We drove up there today to see about what was going on and the woman said she was supposed to be off today but online it said they were open today from 10-3:30..... She allowed us to go look at one of the apartments they were renovating, we walked in and the workers were standing around socializing with a whole case of beer.... one of those workers let us look in a different apartment we could actually walk through because they hadn’t started on those floors but it was so incredibly small I couldn’t believe the

Great apartments & great pricing! I heard from a friend here that it was right next to Lamar university which would make it very convenient for me. They were able to help me out by getting a 1 bed 1 bath. Good quality apartments & good pricing I can’t complain

Unprofessional. I’ve literally been waiting for 2 weeks for my application to be processed. I sent all documents, including application fee. I had to keep calling to see what’s the hold up. A kind young lady said I needed another copy of my id and social security card. I still haven’t heard from them yet. I even messaged the owner on Facebook only thing he said was “ still in process”.

Can't complain about anything. Affordable price with nice room. Can't wait to get the application done & move-in.

Met the love of my life there. However, price's are outrageous, and no option for all bills paid.
