We have been living in this apartment for two years. [Location] This apartment is very conveniently located within a 5-minute distance from the YMCA, Kroger Mart, a gas station, an elementary school, a library, and a middle school. We have lived here for 2 years and it has been great! The front office is always so helpful, maintenance is quick (especially since they have like 30 something buildings) and the complex itself is well kept and quieter. Amenities are great with 2 pools, gym, walking trails, and lots of parking. I have never struggled to find a spot for myself or my guests. We moved from out of state and this was a great neighborhood and complex for our first 2 years in Lexington. Mostly families with some students/young professionals so it feels like it's own little neighborhood. If you are looking for luxury apartments, this isn't the complex for you, but they feel homey and cozy and spread out enough where you don't feel on top of each other. We were looking for a home away from home for our daughter, a UK student, that was further away from campus. From the get go, Kaitlin was AMAZING and reassured this momma of the complex, security, cleanliness etc. Being out of town, we had to rely on Kaitlin’s word and my daughter’s judgement. They were both spot on. The apartment has been awesome. Any needs have been quickly addressed. The entire team has been beyond incredible. Colby, Trace, everyone. The complex is beautiful itself, but also in a superb part of Lexington. The walking trail is not only welcoming and serene but safe.
