Beaumont Apartments

Beautiful apartments but unsafe and poorly managed I lived in this apartment complex for two years and was one of the first residents to move in. During that time I saw a lot of turnover, most people do not stay longer than a year. My experience was complicated but I want to give an honest review to help others know what to expect. First, the rent is extremely high for what you get. This “luxury” complex has hardly any amenities, no pool, a tiny gym, and even parking costs extra, which makes no sense considering downtown theft is common. Just recently, missionaries living there had all their bikes stolen. When I moved out, I found out from a neighbor that I was paying three hundred dollars more for the exact same layout and was never offered a renewal bonus like others. I always paid re

Very beautiful complex. Came in apartment hunting and everything looked so modernized and peaceful. Customer service was very professional while being super welcoming. Definitely in my top two options for apartments I have in mind. I’ll need to move in a couple months so maybe soon to be resident of this complex. 😁
