I had the worst experience with this company. I used them to manage a property for me, as we were no longer in the area. We were very often not informed of maintenance issues until they became so bad that it cost us more money to repair. When the tenants moved out after two years at the property, they blamed all issues on the property manager not acting, and she blamed all issues on them not informing her of problems. I recently put the property on the market and did not use one of their real estate agents, because I can not do any business with a company that has representatives who handle themselves and business in this manner. I am warning you. Read the other reviews. They are not lying!

Jason, one of the agents, is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Most of all patience above and beyond. Showed me homes for over a year before I found the best one for me. Still keeps in contact with me just to see how I am doing.

Horrible management company. They dont do walk throughs on your homes when tenants are living in them. They dont do walk throughs when they move out. Broken appliances that tenants were never held accountable for along with broken punched in doors missing garage door remotes, showerheads spraying the bathroom ceilings and being told there is a roof leak along with neglected landscaping that had grown out of control and damaged the siding and roof. I was also charged $400 for a small tree about the size of a large shrub and roots to be removed that the neighbor cut the tree up and took to the street but roots never removed and a piece of siding that was not properly fix. These people blow my mind. Sad part is that they will tell you they are good at what they do. Stay away from these people

Very inappropriate representatives. They are rude and curse at businesses over the phone. Wouldn't recommend these representatives, call a different company.

Have done a great job managing my rentals for years.
