Beaufort Manor Apartments

i am starting my third month at Beaufort Manor and a very pleased with my new digs. Maintenance is on point and the staff is very friendly and nice. The area is well maintained and I love my apartment. for the first time in eight years. I do not hear my neighbors every move, including opening and closing their door every time they go in and out and personal convos. although it’s been a short day at this point, I cannot say enough nice things about Beaufort Manor

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I experienced a severe mouse infestation that management repeatedly dismissed instead of fixing. The units are outdated, and maintenance consistently failed to resolve issues, doing only the bare minimum. Staff was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Upon move-out, I was hit with excessive and unreasonable charges. This property is poorly managed, and tenants are treated unfairly. There are many better rental options in the area. Protect your sanity and your credit, avoid this place.

It’s unfortunate to say this, but the ladies in the office are consistently rude and extremely unprofessional. When my husband moved in, they assigned him a separate space to store some of our belongings. A few weeks later, when we went back to retrieve our items, we discovered that everything had been cleared out—including a smoker worth over $500 and a stand‑up freezer. When he reported the issue, we were met with nothing but lies and excuses. They acted completely unaware of the situation and offered no help whatsoever. We are still trying to resolve this, but at this point we will definitely be taking them to court. The team here is not only rude but also uneducated in how to properly handle tenant concerns. I moved here from CA in June and it really annoyed me reading all the negative reviews about nearly every complex when was doing research prior to my move. While on a visit with my brother last summer, we stopped by to check out Beaufort Manor and toured an apartment. We were both impressed with the office staff and the unit itself. I did all my paperwork remotely with the help of office staff and my move in went perfectly. My unit was in excellent condition when I moved in and everything has been going great! I did have two relatively minor plumbing issues due to original equipment plastic parts, and in both cases the repair done with new higher quality parts that will last for many years.
