Beau Rivage 78 & 115

We lived at the Beau Rivage for a year and a half in building D and we loved it! The ladies in the office are very nice. This was our first apartment and I couldn't have asked for a better one!

Great apartments. 4 years here. Maintenances work super fast. Clean, calm. If you have noise or smokers neighbours - just tell supervisor. I love this place. Close river, parks and stores.

We lived here for about 3 1/2 years. Our experience overall was very satisfactory. We seldomly submitted maintenance requests, but they were always taken care of either same day or within a couple of days depending on the work necessary. Working with Darcie (manager) was always a pleasurable experience. She answered any and all questions we brought up and was very good about communicating quickly over email or phone. She also did her due diligence to keep rent prices reasonable comparative to other similar setup apartments in Spokane. We would honestly move back in a heartbeat if we end up moving back to Spokane in the future!

I have lived at Beau Rivage for seven years. One of the best places to live. If you need something repaired it’s done within one day or two. They keep the grounds looking great and do a wonderful job of keeping the parking lot free of snow in the winter, the manager is friendly and very helpful. I love their new gym. I love that it’s close to The Centennial trail. Good for walking.

I lived here for a couple of years. Had no issues with heat or plumbing. Inna who is one of the main leasing managers is great. She was always kind and professional and dealt with things fast if there was an issue that was brought up. Safety around the area was also not an issue. I road my bike up and down the centennial trail near it multiple times. No car thefts or garage break ins.
