Bears Village

This place is absolute HELL. I wouldn’t not recommend living here. You would be better off living in your car, homeless shelter or the streets. Biggest scam people I have ever met. No hot water in the winter. Apartments flood and they don’t do anything about it. Cars get stolen. Only security camera they have points directly into the dumpster when they work. People party all day and night. Place is dirty laundry room is trashed and barely ever works. The gym is a joke Basketball courts absolutely sucks. Playground half decent. Worst of is the management. They are rude disrespectful. I don’t know how they keep their jobs. There’s plenty more I can say but running out of room. Just think twice before moving here. I have lived here at Bears Village for about 6 months. I read the reviews before moving over here....some good some bad. I think everyone has an opinion about everything. I took the change and i truly am glad I did. The things I like...great price for an apartment, the maintenance guy Shay is OUTSTANDING! He really does care about hi workmanship and how he treats people. It is really quiet most everyone keeps to themselves. They do have laundry facilities on site. I do not like that others do not always clean up after themselves but that is on them not Bears Village. They have people come in and clean that every week. No place is perfect but I really am happy to call this place home.

I highly recommend not moving here especially if you care about yourself and your family, not only will you not be able to wash your clothes you will be forced to to listen to a train 6 times a day and charged for electric and water at a facility that's practically unusable. It doesn't stop there, you better make sure you get your paychecks at the first of the month so they get paid like some apartment pimps, if your not paying on the first and I mean the first, your lease will not be renewed and then when you move out they will act like you didn't for two whole months and continue to charge rent to you at a property they know is vacant because you've called multiple times to make sure they knew. Garbage property managed by garbage people.
