I loved the staff here so helpful,considerate and friendly qualities very hard to find nowadays when dealing with people whom provide customer service in companies. Gabriella was great knowaledgeable and outgoing .She greeted me with a smile everytime I came into the office.She answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I called many times to check on the approval of the unit and not once did she seem frustrated or annoyed by me in any way . The apartment is spacious and nice despite being an old apartment complex love the high vaulted ceiling on the second floor units too . Price is very affordable. Pool is clean and laundry room just got new appliances which is really great. Very peaceful and quiet environment, convenient location as well. Very satisfied with my apa

Well maintained place to live. The staff is great and very helpful. Customer service is by far the best, friendly professional and always nice. They will take care of any problems you have with a smile on their face. The maintenance guys are on top of things and get things done fast and right the first time.

It’s called the Roach Motel they don’t fix anything the maintenance people go into your apartment without knocking they don’t know anything about Maintenance They know nothing about extermination either When people move out of their apartments, they leave rats and roaches behind. I do not recommend anybody to live here a big one star to the Rouch motel ⭐️

Lived here for a year now it’s a great place to call home. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect right off the highway and property is always maintained well.
