Extremely unprofessional management. The neighborhood is full of drug users. There is an endless infestation of roaches and rats. There are piles of garbage and furniture that aren’t taken care of. Parking is full due to multiple commercial vehicles that are parked there. Drainage system is so bad that when it rains you have to go through massive puddles to get to your vehicle. And after it stops raining the water sits there for a week. Pet Waste Stations aren’t emptied and trash bags aren’t replenished. Most of the apartments have mold and water leaks. The office is constantly closed. When there are people in the office they send you away saying they are busy and to come back at another time. Community manager is rarely there. You’ll usually just find the assistant there who will tell you

I love living here!! What a nice community to call home. So nice, so peaceful and such a great neighborhood. Kids play outside, the pool is very nice and all dogs have a space to walk. My apartment is spacious and the team at the office is super great and professional. Always waiving at residents, Mariela is always smiling at the office. Yonatan and Carlos are always efficient in their efforts and repairs. The manager is very friendly and professional. She does activities at the office and the whole team interact with residents like a big family. I truly love this place and I never want to leave.

This place is the biggest piece of garbage imaginable, but unfortunately many of their tenants are trapped because they can’t afford to live elsewhere. Every extreme emergency we’ve had with our unit has taken days to resolve, if not weeks. They are understaffed, and just don’t care. Every part of this complex is disgusting. PLEASE do not move your family or anyone else here. Pay a little more and live somewhere where they care if you breath in mold or live with roaches 24/7.

A magnificent condominium with excellent apartments, comfortable and cozy, with an incredible and very professional staff, willing to clarify every doubt and answer every question you may have in the most attentive way possible. They have very well-prepared, educated and always smiling girls to help.I insist, very professionals. I love the way they greeted me when I first walked in. They are so nice and polite and explained everything to me.
