worst experience as attendant. managers skills are not professional (josalyn) is rude she doesnt have stuff on point and since over two months ago requested maintnance and my problem hasnt got done till this day!! i pay rent on time i should get my problems fix on time as well!! one rule at the apartments is no party after 10:00 p.m and she josalyn had many visitors at the pool after 10:00p.m..if you cant abide by your own rules why make them! there are a lot of bug problems and these apartments are so called luxurious but not well maintained... i dont appreciate when you call and leave a voicemail to direct your problem the manager doesnt give a call back and you deal with the manager in person she says yea i got your voicemail but you have to wait till maintnance gets here in two weeks t

We love our apartment. The community is very nice, comfortable, and quiet, and the customer service is great.
