My son has lived here for 19 years. The current staff under Jhohan's leadership has been outstanding! Jhohan is doing an amazing job addressing residents' needs. He knows his tenants and is extremely responsive and responsible. Very impressive in handling difficult situations! Really one of a kind human being!!!

I have been a resident here for several years, I've seen management change over the years, but Johan has been the Best addition/ change to the leasing office. He's Always helpful, resourceful and kind. Quick to help resolve any issues I may have. He always returns my calls/emails in a timely manner. I just want to say.. Thank you for being the Best at what you do!

Greetings!! Hi! I’m a new attendant here! And I wanted to give a review on my experience with Mr.jhohan he has been amazing! He is very professional neat and excellent, he shows tremendous support to me in anything that I have ever needed help with from losing my keys to reporting marks on the walls and helping me to completely understand my lease and everything I signed. which is very important to me as this is my first time renting an apartment but he was so patient through the whole entire process and his communication was immaculate at best!! Whoever his manager is really needs to keep him around!!! Because I like him a lot! 🫶 I appreciate all of the help and support he even responds to emails when I had any questions any concerns. Which I thought was nice because some people don’t do

Thanks to johan(leasing office employee), my stay at bealls grants apartments has been wonderful. There has been numerous office staff changes over the years, but johan (current staff of 2021) has answered all my questions, and I ask ALOT. He always is positive and professional. I wish the syaff was always this helpful. My apartment is clean and had new appliances,floor,etc when I moved in, it's in the perfect location located one block from Rockville town center. If you have the oppertunity to live here, don't pass it up.

My experience with Bealls Grant apartments has always been amazing. I have been residing here for 5 years and always received timely customer service from jetssibel and jhohan. They are always patient and polite with every encounter we have and always have a smile on there face which makes me feel worthy as a resident. If a service needs to be done its done efficiently and in a timely manner.
