Terrible property management. Constantly have to email about getting lawn maintenance and snow removal because it’s never consistent. Constantly have to email about getting house maintenance stuff fixed because they never answer or wait weeks to even get someone out here to fix stuff. Never met the property manager but it’s always someone new because it’s never consistent. Wouldn’t recommend renting from them in Lansing/Holt area.

I was very happy to get my first suite. Roman assisted and showed me. It was actually one of few I felt I could feel comfortable. He said that lease would come wit six months free AND signage. Upon reviewing the lease, six months were not included. Lease adjusted. Roman texted me on January 14 or my logo, sent "you will have dimensions by the end of the day." I could have/would have paid for my own sign, "the owner is redoing it" One month later, that day still has not came. While Roman was very helpful in the beginning, anything but since "everything wont be perfect" he stated. All I requested is for my business name to be placed on the door directory and the dimensions for signage. While I am thankful for the opportunity I am unhappy with communication and broken agreements. I
