Beal Properties

Would give 0 stars if I could. Do Not buy an Oak Haven town home. Beal Properties is the management Co. They take your money but if you need any thing done that they are responsible for they won't pay and say they have no money. They have no urgency and the communication with BOTH Oak Haven board members and Beal Properties is almost non existent. I had a town home for sale. Inspections found hail damage. Roof needed replaced which the HOA is responsible for. They refuse to replace the roof. Said they have no money to do so and expected that explanation to be acceptable. Had to end up giving credit to the buyer in order to sale the home. Beal Properties was our only contact and basically would just say I've passed on your message to the HOA board members that's all I can do. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Beal Properties has been solid. They're professional, easy to work with, and actually follow through. Any time I needed something they handle it fast without making a it a hassle You can tell they care about the homeowners. Good customer service is clearly a priority for them. If you want a company that gets things done and treats you right, Beal Properties is a good call.

They truly deserve 0 stars. The state that the duplex was in the day we got the keys was beyond disgusting. A chunk of tile missing in the dining area, broken off pieces of the kitchen drawers lying on the floor, food crumbs and leftover waste on the kitchen counters, holes in the walls in the laundry room and one of the bedrooms, a bathroom vent so bent and rusted over that there were actual crystallized pieces dangling down, paint all over the carpet in the hallway, faulty light wiring in another bedroom, a cracked bathtub with a decent sized hole in the bottom, pieces of the fence broken and strewn about the backyard, and an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke around the entire residence. It took too much time and effort to get them to do anything about the state of the duplex. They r

Beal Properties is the way to go. You cannot find a better property management company to work with. They are very professional and super helpful. They are very quick to do repairs and the contractors they work with are really good too. All the small and big issues in my rental unit was taken care of promptly. Within the time I lived at my unit, they put a new water heater, new fence, and new counter tops as they were getting old. My unit is not new but I never had any issues with bugs or roaches. They provided lawn care as well. They do an amazing job of communicating between renter and owner. Just all around a professional and kind team. Student living with Beal properties is a breeze. I am currently a tenant at a property they manage, we have had many issues with both Beal and the HOA here. The communication between the two are terrible, we have had two separate leaks that resulted in mold in my bathroom and my roommate’s bedroom. Both took over a month to be completed, the one in the bedroom was coming from outside (which we specified in the work order), all they did was treat the mold but never fixed the leak it continued to leak so they did this process 3 total times, each lasting about 4-5 days where my roommate & her furniture were displaced and she slept in the living room. Towards the end of the debacle, I had to contact them every few days or they would just stop sending the maintenance workers. A few weeks after the outside leak was reporter, we got a lot rain
