Amazing staff and maintenance. Our leasing manager is the best

Lived in these apartments for 8 years and at the beginning it was great, but two/three years in they started changing management every one/two years which always created problems. Maintenance men were always great individuals but they never stayed because they had too take care of both sides by themselves. The last two years were the worst, office was always closed, non of the staff could ever help you with anything (except for Tia and Andres). Other than that I would not recommend these apartments until they get stable management. It was great at first, then down hill from there.

I have been living here at Beacon Pointe apartments going on 2 years now and I haven't had any problems as of yet. I love my apartment and the staff is wonderful. Tia I just love her she's always so helpful and get's right to anything that may need her assistance. One of the best property managers I've encountered. The property is a great place to live would definitely it recommend to anyone ❤️

I have nothing but good things to say! The staff works really hard to help no matter what I ask. I had a difficult move in process with a divorce pending and a lot going on, but Tia and the crew were patient, listened and were genuine the entire time. Sure the rents went up- what hasn’t? Sometimes there is waaaay more to your means of living than the price tag- and this team delivers. Cute apartment homes, really nice neighbors and close to the schools and gas station- I am all set!

I lived here for 3 yrs previously and I just wanted to compliment maintenance Dakota & tyran on great attitudes great work very friendly & prompt!!!! Keep up the good work
