My townhouse built 2022- I would NOT reccomend their townhome style homes. I have multiple cracks in my foundation especially in my garage above my master bedroom. Parking on these streets are horrific they don’t make the driveway long enough. They can only fit one car this has caused an eye sore in front of my home neighbors have been parking their cars on a vacant patch of grass making my block look like a salvaged car lot. There’s also an exposed pvc pipe in my foundation. Subfloor in master has tons of soft spots structural warranty has a “deductible” if your looking for privacy the townhomes aren’t sound proof I can hear my neighbor in her bathroom from my master bedroom closing her toilet and closing her cabinets. Out of all places in the home they really should have soundproofed a ma

The home shown is an example of a home which is built from ADEER (A distinct energy efficient residence) home in Charlotte County FL. Built from my grandfather contractors liscense which is my parents home in Florida. The reason for the pictures is proof I know what I am talking about. I bought a Beacon home in Savannah Ga with grading issues off the rip. The backyard floods all the time. The finisher who did this home must be related to Stevie Wonder also. No gutters on the home also. Option or not if it's known you are building on a clay bed the water cannot recess into the ground as easy. Gutters should of been installed regardless and just added to price of home. Win win and no problems. It's amazing how florida DADE County code is stricter and accepted everywhere. Unfortunately t

I live in a new Beacon neighborhood in Pooler Georgia & just witnessed a Beacon contractor sit outside of a home a repeatedly honk the horn in an apparent attempt to get the homeowner's attention. This continued for multiple minutes. The contractor would honk the horn for about 45 seconds, then take a break & begin honking again in a different pattern. Why he did not get out of the car & use his legs to walk up the very short driveway to the front door is beyond me. He did not stop until I knocked on my upstairs window & screamed "STOP". Only then did this adult man get out of his car & walk to the front door to attempt to speak with the homeowner. I have just purchased a home in this neighborhood & am beyond disappointed at the blatant disrespect & disregard for the residents of this neig

It is incredibly hard to get a company who takes pride in their work or a company that takes time to make sure their work is done so they would want to live in it themselves. If you want a reliable builder or a home that is a simple as flat floors or no water leaks... Do not buy from this builder. They do not fix the issues that are there after you buy. They take forever to respond. The lady's in the office do try to help but anyone else just brushes you off. They will claim issues are not covered under warranty. That their floor wasn't designed to support a fridge to the size they said diameter wise. Three homes in our townhouse sections had water leaks due to their contractors hitting lines with nails. Another home less than a year old, had an entire AC unit die. They wouldn't come for i

I bought a brand new home 5 years ago that was built by this company. Within 30 days of buying this home my roof leaked causing damage to the interior of the house. It took an act of congress to get them to "patch" the roof to stop the leak and they never responded about fixing the interior. By the end of that year I had a second leak close to the previous one. There was no response whatsoever from Beacon New Homes. I ended up going through my HOA who "patched" the roof. I now have a new leak and will be starting the process of getting them to fix it yet again. At this point I would tell anyone dealing with this company...don't bother. It's not worth the nightmares.
