If I could give Beacon Management a -5 rating, I absolutely would. This company is an embarrassment to what property management should be. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is beyond unacceptable. Beacon doesn’t even follow its own HOA bylaws, yet expects residents to strictly comply with every rule and regulation. The hypocrisy is astounding. I sent multiple emails regarding my fence issue, and as expected—no response. Beacon Management has repeatedly failed to address this matter or enforce the standards they claim to uphold. The builder installed the wrong fence on my property, and instead of holding the builder accountable, Beacon has conveniently chosen to look the other way because the builder is their client. If there were a way to post less than 1 I would. There is absolutely no communication on issues and zero transparency on anything going on in my neighborhood at timber ridge other than we’ll get back to you which surprise never happens. I lived here for a year this month and still don’t have lights in my cul de sac that I requested since moving in since it is pitch black at night and I have 2 small children. As of late multiple residents including myself who work fully remote have been without internet for over 5 days over the past month forcing us to use pto or be unable to work and we are forced to use Hotwire as our sole provider even though they have proven to be unreliable and have gone out multiple times this year for days at a time with no backup option. This HOA management company is ridiculous, first of all when they send me any notice I always make sure that I take care of it right the way and I respond right the way but no one ever contact me back,and this time they charged me $25 daily fine because they said my tenant did not storage the trash can in the garage ,The photo used as evidence appears to be an old image from the first warning I received which is on 07/09/2024,It does not reflect the current condition of my property. The photo clearly shows green grass and an unpainted deck . It is currently winter, the grass is no longer green, and my deck has already been repainted. My experience with the Lenox Villas management team has been positive. Jeffrey and Connie have been very professional and courteous. I find the general email communications are clear and easy to understand, which was not always my experience in years past. I feel informed about and prepared for renovations or other projects in common areas and have clear information about policies and procedures, when needed. Fortunately, I have not had many issues. However, every time I have contacted either of them, I have received a quick response (within hours, sometimes minutes). They have been knowledgeable and answered my questions accurately and thoroughly, including providing important contextual information. This is the worse company. We are all humans and must work together, and that means open communication about processes are necessary. Their communication is inconsistent, and non existent at best. There has been numerous times they had to retract HOA wide communication because of false statements, and the customer service is terrible at best. If you reach out to leadership here, they don't care or care to follow up or call back. My family has been impacted over the two years dealing with this company. What a nightmare! I work professionally with top companies in America. I would never ever dream of treating my clients the way they do, nor would the culture allow it. There are deep routed issues here.
