Yeah, I’m gonna have to agree with the other 1 star reviews. Management is awful. Rude and very condescending. Moved here to take care of my mother. Was made to add my name to the lease. No biggie. Mom passed on April 9th, and I get a letter “sorry for the loss of your mother, please turn in your keys by May 6th” This is after I had a conversation with the property manager(Gale Graves), explained the situation, and told her I would pay the next two months rent in advance so I’d have time to make other arrangements for myself. She said that would be fine. After all this, I thought I’d contact the property owner. He informed me there was no record of me being on the lease. He also said that the manager had no recollection of a conversation with me, nor did she ever make a promise that I coul

I received 5 applications for their properties by email and the person could just have not been nicer to me in the way she handled it! She was so warm and friendly! I highly recommend this company for the way their properties look! It's obvious that they have the waiting lists and Google reviews for a good reason. One of the properties has a 4 year wait list.. which should really tell you something! BUT you're going to have to get in line behind ME... hahaha 🤣🤣🤣! Good luck everybody 😉😁😉!

Never rent from this company. Their management is rude and thinks you should bow down and kiss their eviction hammer. Have had numerous problems with one of their properties and talkef to mr carr personally to no avail. He simply doesnt care unless their is somehow a profit involved. Fair warning...stay away.
