Beacon Management

I’ve been renting with them since may and I’ve ran into countless issues so far. From my toilet not being able to flush to the electricity in my apartment CONSTANTLY going out to their office person Jason, being extremely rude to me and boyfriend over the phone, accusing me of breaking the lease when I did not and telling me I will need to find another place.Now there’s a leak from my shower which was dripping down into the below tenants apartment. They assured me the shower would be fixed in 3 days, it was not. I was not able to use my shower for 7 days and upon returning to my apartment, the repair men left the place a complete mess!! They returned 4 days later, after I had cleaned up the mess and left another mess! DO NOT use beacon management if you value your time, money and sanity

beacon actually sucks idk who runs this “dedicated business” nobody gives a call back everything is leaking & not working as well as outdated like ur grandma. the other tenants are rude controlling and messy, this company barely takes care of anything. they have spiders in the apartments especially in summer time so disgusting, when they say they’re getting the apartment ready all they do is maybe switch out the carpets lol. the saying you get what you pay for is very obvious here. good luck ever getting in contact with the leasing manager she like never works never calls back they will keep you in the contract no matter your harassing neighbors. they just care about the rent coming in. they should really be shut down it’s like living in a trap house. i’m sure they keep your security depos

101 Aldrich has tents above that make noise all night and the management i very rude renters be ware and remember im an old tenant and I got kicked out because I told there works dont do crab work and pick your messes up then I got evicted by the mangment..RentersBeware and beccon clean the bathroom floor b4 you take pictures of the bathroom thats slopy Renters be ware just know the maintenance workers put words in people's mouth that they never even said the owner to the company. Jacob is very discriminative on people with disabilities just saying pay attention to this before you go view the place and the gutters have plants growing out of them.. a clean property renters want.. enjoy the rest of your day

I currently have 7 buildings & I live out of state. I am so lucky we have been working with Jacob for 2 years . He and his office are very professional. I totally trust Beacon Management. Jacob is always on top of everything and is very dedicated to The owners and Renters!I would recommend Beacon management without any doubts.
