Kevin did a great job. He’s Smart, experienced, and paid close attention to detail when inspecting my home. He took his time inspecting everything. About 5 hours to be exact. Hiring Beacon was a smart purchase as he saved me thousands of dollars in the long run. I highly recommend. He’s worth every penny!

I loved Kevin during my first meet with him . He was a very easy guy to talk with , and seems genuinely nice. However, during my final walk through before purchasing the home , one of the ceilings in the home was leaking . We discovered that the leak hadn’t started during the time he inspected the home; however, the ceiling was starting to form a bubble, and we were able to see the bubble in the pre-listing photos that were put on the internet. He looked a lot at the ceilings so I don’t know how he overlooked that and/or I can’t remember if he mentioned it to me. But it wasn’t documented in the report. Also, one of our bedrooms at the time had a massive hole in the closet and I didn’t see that documented/photographed in the report at all. Thankfully the hole in the wall was connected to t
