Beacon Hill Apartments

Stayed 2 years here before purchasing a house, and was a perfect fit. Management is always quick to respond and willing to help with anything, the whole team is amazing. Great location close to Monroeville & downtown Pittsburgh. I'd always recommend Beacon Hill Apartments for a place to live.

We bought a condo at Beacon Hills 4.5 years ago, and we really love it here! The apartment is very spaceous and we love the floorplan. The complex is meticulously maintained (regular vacuum cleaning, grass cutting, snow removal, etc).

It's nice living here at Beacon Hill, but I think my rent is too high and I'm hoping it's not going to go up for my next lease. There is not enough updates to match the price. Bathroom fixtures, lighting, flooring, are from the 80's and 90's. The walls are not sound proof and since the last resident manager has left the halls and laundry room are not maintained on a regular bases, not blaming the new manager he is nice person just not up to speed yet. The washing machine is to small you can not put a queen comforter in it. The dishwasher is loud and does not clean the dishes. The water pressure is often to low. I lived at Beacon Hill for 2 years and I loved it! The grounds are well kept by maintenance personnel and any issues with the unit they fix in a timely manner so you don't have to deal with leaks or stopped up toilets or other inconveniences for very long. They are very prompt in servicing your needs. The property maintenance guy Cedric is a delightful & very understanding person who's extremely hard working. I see him all over the grounds tending to everyone and their needs. The units are beautiful and well maintained. There was a slight odor in one of the rooms when I moved in due to an older gentleman who lived here before me who was sickly. I have been here for 9 months and I absolutely love it! The apartment upgrades are phenomenal and the grounds are kept immaculate. Request are answered promptly and professional. It is a beautiful place to live.
