Beacon Hill Apartments

This is so disgusting. The management doesn’t fix the things they need to hear . Do not move here . Walking by smelling poop for days now it’s nasty and shows how much they care and to unexpectedly increase rent is ridiculous . If you don’t care where you’re kids at move here if so try somewhere else this is just one complaint with plenty more unresolved issues.

My five year's of experience here as a resident has been great for my family and I. Recently i had an issue concerning a staff member at the office which I hope will be resolved but, nonetheless I cannot let one rotten apple spoil what's left of my time here. I'd recommend this facility to anyone in need of a place to call home. Maintenance always comes through with work orders and Chuvalo and Nikki has always been welcoming to my family's needs and their customer service has been professional and helpful!

I lived here for years. The best place of my life! Chuvala and Demi are super amazing and kind. I was evicted after they had tried everything within their power to assist me. These are a few of the best people in Orlando. The apartment is worth your money, the care for the maintenance of the property is top notch. The only thing that I hated was that I allowed myself to give up and not fight harder to keep my place. They have been updating the insides slowly, but it is worth looking into if you need a financially sound starting place. The neighborhood is very accommodating and close to everything that you will need for your 👪 family. It's a reason why the waiting list is so long...Beacon Hill is a good place to reside!

I have lived here for 8 years now, it used to be a nice day place to live in, they used to have a great staff and provide service. But, ever since the new manager and staff took over, this place is just became hell. It is hard for me and my children to breathe in that place, because of our carpet and mold. We continuously tell the manager of our issues, but she disregard them. It’s not just me numerous people have complained and moved out of this hell hole because they don’t provide any service. I can’t wait to get out of here.
