I personally have the privilege of living at this beautiful peaceful community and I couldn’t be happier. Management is extremely helpful, both Shawna and Carmen seem to genuinely care about my well being and ease of living here. The maintenance team is very helpful, community is very friendly, and there’s always an event happening. 10/10 recommend to anybody looking for a new place to call home

My husband and I took a tour today led by Carmen, she is absolutely amazing. She is patient, kind, honest, and caring. She answered everything we threw at her and made everything that could have been overwhelming super simple and exciting. We loved the community and the townhomes are beautiful. We are super excited for our new journey and so glad Carmen was a part of it!

Had tour with Carmen, she was exceptional. Answered so many questions that other properties didn't take the time to address. The location and area was beautiful, on a preserve so it gives that nature element while being close to many amenities and shopping. The layout was very functional, we could definitely see ourselves living there. Thank you so much for a wonderful tour!!

This place is so warm and inviting. The ladies in the office are friendly and welcoming. Carmen took the time to show me a place and show me around without rushing me out. The floor plans to the price and location are ideal for a family looking for a calm place to call home.

Beautiful townhomes. So close to Publix and Starbucks my faves. Carmen and Shawna took great care of me, answering all my questions. Highly recommended!
