Beacon at Buffalo Pointe

Lived here 3.5 years. Wouldn’t recommend. Management churned nonstop and got worse. No real on-site manager anymore. Pool-side noise late at night—“pool hours” mean nothing. Elevators down all the time. Gate is basically open 24/7. Security used to exist(?); I’ve seen multiple car break-ins. EV chargers? Usually blocked or out for months. Front desk acts like doing you a favor, not a job. Hallways smell, and the elevators often have dog pee. And no security deposit refund after 1.5 months have passed! That 3.1★ rating is generous. Look elsewhere.

Truly happy to be having a second lease term started here. Yanique Spence has been an outstanding manager at our apartment complex. From the moment I interacted with her, she made me feel genuinely cared for and supported. It's clear that she truly cares about her job and the residents she serves. She is professional, attentive, and takes the time to make sure concerns are handled with care and respect. Having a manager like Yanique makes a real difference in feeling comfortable and valued as a resident. I'm very grateful for her dedication and positive attitude. This property is truly lucky to have such an incredible asset like Yanique Spence.

I recently moved into The Beacon at Buffalo Pointe, and my experience has been amazing from start to finish. The entire team made the process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Joseph, Yanique, and Stephanie were absolutely incredible to work with. They were patient, informative, and always ready to help with any question I had. Their communication was quick and clear, and you can tell they truly care about making residents feel welcomed and taken care of. Thanks to them, my move-in was easy and everything went perfectly. I’m really happy I chose The Beacon at Buffalo Pointe—beautiful community, great service, and an outstanding team. Highly recommend!

before our last lease was up, i tried to look for a better deal with other apartments, but i keep coming back to the comfort of beacon. I took my pros and cons but still comes back here. and decided to stay here for the next 12 months again but a bigger space. We extended our stay here at Beacon after our first lease agreement. Moved to a bigger space. everyone at the leasing office took care of our transfer. Our contact person was Joseph but everyone in the office stepped up to accommodate our request and concerns. way back september 2025, i made use of their conceirge service. I asked joseph to ship a package from the apartment to an address in dallas. It was my birthday outfit. and in less than 24hrs, i got the package in dallas. joseph made sure that i received the package accordingl

I’ve had a great experience living here! The front office and maintenance team truly go above and beyond. Unique,Joesph, and Stephanie are always friendly, helpful, and quick to handle any questions or concerns. The maintenance is fantastic—professional, efficient, and makes sure any issues are fixed right the first time. It’s clear the staff here genuinely care about residents and the community.
