Beachwood Park Apartments & Townhomes

I would not recommend this apartment complex. From the very beginning, communication has been terrible—phone calls are rarely answered or returned, and if you do get someone on the line, the tone is often dismissive and unhelpful. Maintenance and upkeep are very poor, and issues go unresolved for long periods of time. The neighborhood itself does not feel safe, and I would not suggest letting children play outside here. Management paints a picture of a welcoming, accommodating community, but in reality, they do not support residents the way they claim. Overall, this has been a disappointing and frustrating place to live.

Absolutely loved living here had an apartment and a townhome here loved both the only reason I’m moving is to be closer to family. The office staff is amazing.

The staff at this subdivision is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional. When we have any concerns, they are addressed immediately. A very peaceful neighborhood without any drama! As a person who works nights,that's very important to me! I'm so glad I moved here .

Unless this is your only option (budget)- I would not recommend. I’ve lived here 3 years and it has gradually gotten worse. The dumpster piles up every weekend and maintenance nor the front office cares. It’s disgusting as there is only one dumpster for between here & the complex next to us (same company). It wasn’t like this when I first moved in. They no longer keep a code on the pool door which allows anyone to enter. Maintenance requests takes weeks and the front office staff will give any excuse to buy time. Even the services like lawn maintenance are no longer as good as now they leave all cuttings and don’t utilize a leaf blower. The bugs are getting worse as well (Those huge water bugs/cockroaches) and the spray they use doesn’t help. The apartments are full of mold- ever time it

Perfectly located in a beautiful setting on the Neuse River. Conveniences either direction with easy access to 540, 440 and downtown Raleigh.
