GOOGLE MOM...WHO ARE YOU? WHAT A REDICULOUS REVEIW! and what are you saying?! I LOVE THE ANONYMOUS REVIEWS THAT ARE CLEARLY PETTY AND VICIOUS FOR NO VALID REASON! STAY FAR AWAY!! Regretfully Susan is currently managing a property of mine. She will inflate the cost of any repair from her “in house unlicensed repair guys” Charging 100’s. Each month checks are less than half the amount that should be sent to me. She will not answer her phone and will call you names like “ignorant” and “deplorable” when you question why she decided to keep half the rent to her in-house company’s. (This would be a great incentive to want to keep managing my property.) I tried to amicably speak with her to terminate the property agreement so we can both move on. She declined my termination letter which is bazaar if two people are not working well together you both should move on peacefully… Not Susan!
