Beachfront Buckhead Apartments

I'm honestly very frustrated; I made appointments directly through the website and on Apartments List for a tour earlier today at 10:30AM, but after calling numerous times, I received absolutely no answer. I even showed up to the office after driving around for twenty minutes and the property manager's office lights were off and doors were locked. Amy was on duty supposedly, but there were others waiting outside for an hour prior to my arrival. Completely and simply unprofessional, and the phone number listed on the street sign for 22 Peachtree Ave NE is the phone number of a completely unaffiliated with the management company of this property, which I soon found out after trying to find the leasing office (on Sheridan Drive) I was excited to tour the apartments of Beachfront Buckhead, but

What can I say throughout the whole process Sergio was great. The all greet you with kindness and good energy. That is hard to find these days. Amazing process from start to finish and well organized. If you are looking for a cozy place to stay this apartment complex is it. Not only is it in a great location. Great neighborhood as well. 5 out of 5. Very attentive to detail. Will update you all on the full term of the lease but great so far.

So many roaches at the Beverly Hills Inn! I cannot express my disgust with this company. Pest control is supposed to be included in the rent(according to the contract) however, the management always has an excuse of why it’s not provided. Our regular manager has been out for a few months and a woman named Alondra Sanchez has been working as our manager for him… she is hands down the worst apartment manager I’ve ever had to deal with. At this point, the health department, housing authority and an attorney are being involved. If you want to have a clean and healthy living environment…… this is NOT it. Do not rent from SMP properties in the Atlanta Georgia area. These photos are from the common areas, and apartment.

Return my money!!!!!!! I initially applied for a unit and you took $300 from me and the unit is not available and you don’t want to give my money back!!! I tried to claim a dispute and you’re trying to claim that we had a successful transaction when I never pushed through because you don’t have an available unit!

Management is a complete joke. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. Don't live here.
