David did a fantastic job for us. Although the house we wanted was a little out of his territory, he never once complained about driving to meet us and showing us another house. We bought a foreclosure home and his expertise in dealing with the bank was invaluable, making our negotiations with the bank very easy. I think he saved us tens of thousands of dollars at the closing by taking advantage of the banks inexperience and desire to get rid of their asset.
