RENTERS BEWARE!!!!! If I could give -10000000 NEGATIVE stars I would! This is the absolute WORST company you could ever deal with. No local office number and nobody is EVER in the office on site. I moved in April 2025 after taking the apartment sight unseen due to the long waiting list, and it has been nothing but problems ever since. The apartment had roaches and was dirty on move-in. It took over three months before pest control finally addressed the issue. The carpets weren’t cleaned, the ceiling fans were filthy, the oven didn’t work properly, the bathrooms had clogged sinks and tubs and running toilets. I had a running toilets since move-in that led to a $650 water bill, and despite repeated requests, the office still hasn’t provided the documentation I need to get credit from the ci

I have the best maitance team ever, if anything is wrong they will fix it immediately and not just patch it up, but really make sure it is fixed and working. I love having a team who cares so much and they are so nice and courteous always.

Mr Cory is very pleasant knows what he’s doing and does his job well and helps a lot around here I am very grateful for him and beach village management thank you again😀

I just wanted to give a shout out and a big thank you to Tom in maintenance. He has been very helpful to me. Actually. Since I moved in last Summer everyone has been a huge help. I started my journey leaving the only State I have ever known to move here. Neslie helped with the application process. When I finally moved down she was gone. I met Marie, whose kindness and helpfulness made a hard transition easier. James in maintenance was also helpful. I’m sorry I can’t remember the other gentleman’s name in the office. But I just wanted to thank all of you. Your hard work is very appreciated !

BEST MAINTENANCE MAN EVER!! My AC stopped working and I called office and left a message, well tom came over and fixed it within 10 minutes of me calling. Amazing 🤩 We appreciate all your hard work.
