I purchased my home from Luke and Adrianne Anderson. They made it clear from the start that they were selling for friends. I saw that as a sign of honesty. I was moving from out of state and when I arrived the home was less than clean. After cleaning out whatever had died in the refrigerator, I realized the dishwasher did not work. The repairman got that up and running and the sink started overflowing with yucky stuff, only to find out that the plug on the garbage disposal had never been removed. We of course were using a lot of water and I realized that the hot water heater was leaking and flashing a sign. Another repair! And now however silly, but yet quite irritating, I can’t get the outlets in the master bath to work! To say that I am frustrated is an understatement! Moral of the story

My experience was out-of-this-world. My mortgage company was guild mortgage. They already did an amazing job. But they recommended me to use Misty as a realtor. She is one of the nicest and most caring people I’ve ever had the extreme pleasure of dealing with. She made every step a pleasure. Even when things went sideways. Which they tend to do when buying a house. It got stressful but she handled basically everything. I can not give her enough glow. She is easily a 20/10 star.
