Baywood Place Apartments

The worst management every. good luck in having your filter changed, updates or any other maintenance done. But Continue to increase rent and this a Senior Living Community. they sit in the office, do not answer the phone, or return your phone call, or email. The Office Manager gets mad with the residence and closes the pool. I was told in January I would be receiving a refund on my deposit and I’m not the only one still waiting. this subdivision had three owners in the year and a half, I was a resident. Nobody wants to take responsibility. Everyone keep passing the buck. I could write a book. November 12, 2024

Ive been on this waiting list for over 5 years!! Ive called and ask so many times over the years if my name was close to the top and was told I would be notified when it was. I never get a real answer to my questions when I actually get someone to answer the phone. My husband has stage 4 cancer now he had stage 1 when we first applied . These folks never answer their phone any more. Im thinking its a waste if time to wait on this call or letter. I think this is very strange so Im going to try to contact the state on this complex. Ive read so many people say they never get called.

In search of a new place to call home and I called Baywood Place. I spoke with this awesome young lady by name of Paula. Just talking to her helped calmed down my anxiety. She was very friendly, you could hear the niceness in her voice and professionalism. Oh my, even though she didn't have any apartments available she ask if she could add my name to her waiting list. Kindness goes a long ways. She was a jewel to speak too. Continue to let your light shine Paula. You are doing a great job and we need more smiles like you in our every day lives. UGLY “manager”., I applied and went by there several times. A woman in the office wouldn’t let me come in because I had my 15 lb. dog. She wouldn’t tell me where I stood. I called and she said the property had been sold and I wasn’t on any list. She was downright UGLY!!She said I should go the housing authority. Said it would be years before I could get in. I’m 71!

Now I don't and have never personally lived here. My experience stems from visiting the local park/bayou next door. Pulled up to the park....and you can smell chlorine, that's odd. We finish our walk and head to the swings. The neighboring apartment complex is just pumping their freshly shocked (I assume) pool right out their fence and down into the park and surrounding water ways. Their response "I don't know what to tell you."
