I lived at Baywood Dr Apartments, and Rosalba Mondragon from Resident Services took exceptional care of my family and me for an entire year. She is incredibly kind, polite, and always helpful. She resolved every issue in my home and around the community quickly and with great professionalism. She truly loves her job and always performs it perfectly. Thank you so much, Rosalba.

First move in carpet def need to be replace but since I was in a hurry I went ahead and took the apt then later declined for carpet replacement because supposedly it didn’t meet the years of use requirement. Then when i moved out I was charged for carpet replacement fee. Also after moving out neighbor decided to moved all my things I threw in the garbage back into my patio and front door area and of courses I was charged for that even though my interior of my apartments was completely cleaned an vacuum …. Therefore there should be some investigation going on before just billing me my final bill. Because if I was gonna leave garbage around the outside area and then I would’ve left the garbage in my interior apartment made no sense. The neighbor that live near us was completely possessive of

Agnes Maria was very neiptul and walked me through every step of the way, Jake in Office was able to show me the beautiful property and future home this is my first time doing applications for an apartment and my first time working with housing so I would definitely not be able do it, if it was not for them! Baywood Apartments is one of the worst places to live. The building is extremely old, poorly maintained, and run by what feels like slumlord. There are constant issues with mold, asbestos, rodents, and bugs, and the management does not follow proper guidelines for testing or remediation. My son has been forced out of his apartment for over three months due to these issues, & they’ve locked the apartment with minimal access and are still demanding rent. The community manager is never in the office and refuses to return calls, making it nearly impossible to resolve any concerns. There is often no staff available, and their portal system is frustrating and ineffective—you must communicate your needs outside of it to even hope for a response. Management shows no respect for your belongings,

I had a great experience living at Baywood. The community was quiet and well-maintained, and any maintenance issues were handled promptly. Renee and Anthony in management were always professional, accommodating, and responsive to my needs. I’ll look back at my time here fondly and highly recommend it.
