I’ve had a really good experience with Bayvue Apartments Leasing Center overall. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, which made the leasing process smooth and stress-free. Amenities are just as promised, common areas are clean and well-maintained, and the grounds feel safe and comfortable. Maintenance requests are addressed reasonably quickly, which is always appreciated. A special thank you to Amber – she’s absolutely outstanding. Amber was patient, informative, and genuine. She answered all of my questions—even the small ones—with clarity and kindness, guided me through every step of the paperwork without pressure, and ensured I felt confident making decisions. Her attention to detail and her willingness to go the extra mile really made a difference. T

Bayvue has been very peaceful for me. My neighbors are friendly and we have a great security team! But our office manager, Tia is the best part. She greets everybody with a smile and doesn’t mind helping with anything that she can, even though she’s the head. Great community.

These apartments look new from the outside, however, they are mice infested and have roaches. The maintenance people do a patch fix rather than fixing the actual problems. The Property management will be all smiles in your face but will do things to jeopardize you from your apartment. The maintenance or property management are able to come into your home whenever they please. Its always constant housekeeping visits for absolutely nothing. Its like you paying rent for them because you see their faces more than having your privacy. your rent is reasonable but you get what you pay for. Please take your money elsewhere!!!!!!!

Edna was very kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. She helped me so much in acquiring my apartment, always answering my questions with patience and clarity. Thanks to her support and dedication, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend her!
