I have tried directly contacting Bayshore Properties for years with no success. The absolute worst Property Management company. They just buy, buy, buy a bunch of property for show and do nothing with them besides "upgrade" or build new LEASING OFFICES, not the actual property units themselves. Our HVAC system hasn't been cleaned in probably at least 10 years. I've been at Mount Prospect Greens for 4 years now and never once have they done it. Just pop your head in a vent. Just do it for fun. Just having the heat or air on brings in INCHES of dust and debris, I have plenty of pictures and videos to prove that. My overall experience with this management company was not good. To start, shortly after move in at 21 Kristin Apartments in Schaumburg, IL, I emailed the issues/repairs that needed to be addressed. All issues that could have been resolved but never were. I did attempt to contact management via phone (no one ever answers it) and email in the past regarding different things however they have gone unanswered and I honestly did not have the time to go into the office every time there is an issue at this property. The fire department has been called several times, residents stay on their balconies talking very late (after midnight), playing loud music, landscapers at the property almost everyday, other maintenance issues outside the property, units being renovated around my unit without any

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and for the most part it has been a pleasure until about 5 months ago when I began to see roaches. I have asked to be relocated several times because it's getting worse due to other people and their lack of cleanliness. My apartment is always clean and smells fresh but due to little critters coming into my place it makes it hard to sleep through the night and I have to constantly check my counters and floor to make sure nothing is there. I can't even cook without being afraid of something appearing on my counter. Who wants to sleep with one eye open because of the negligence of other people. This is causing major anxiety. This is horrifying.

On going plumbing issue! You pay for amenities you can’t use and pay for broken pipes . I have plenty of more pictures and videos and first unit was confirmed to have mold and moved into a new unit that has already had plenty of work orders . This is so unsafe and unsanitary conditions. One maintenance worker, no cleanup crew no solution just left with a vacuum to suction the water as it rises so it doesn’t overflow if we can catch it in time and then go out to patio dumped and repeat till it stops. This is a cheap and incompetent Agency. They just purchased Stone-bridge of Arlington heights. They are either very cheap, Broke, or incompetent. They decided to redo the whole clubhouse? No one really knows why probably so its easier to market this place. WHAT THEY DIDNT DO WAS fix the pump and sand filter for the pool. It has been closed since last season basically. Maybe open for a week total this season due to unsafe water.... because the filter and pump dont work. And they wont fix it.... It took me a while to pry this information out of them. They pass off blame, the office blames the maint team, the maint team blames the office, etc... Stay away. OH! and false advertisement. The gym is no longer 24/7.... like it says on the website. Why?
