First time Ever I give a bad review on my account. But I have to. When you visit a property for 1,100 plus for two nights you would expect little more upkeep. 54 degrees outside and the house is 61 degrees because heater doesnt work! Outdoor fire place out of propane gas. And Heated pool for the morning is full of mold and algies. “All documented in pictures that I attached here” I had to take my infant to hospital that night because she had fever of 101.5 degrees she is 20 months old. And I sent picture of that to the host. The host kept promising someone will come to fix the A/c for 6 hours and blaning it on that it was Sunday. Then we had to checkout early to take my daughter to hospital and host agreed to refund “pretty much” EVERYTHING EXCEPT cleaning fee and taxes. And once airbnb re

I stayed at one of their Airbnbs last week, and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The pool was dirty, the house wasn’t properly cleaned, and the heater didn’t work. A lot of things in the house were also broken. For example, the garbage cabinet wouldn’t open properly and had to be pushed out by hand, the attic was left open despite knowing I have kids (which is extremely dangerous), and there was even a drill left by the bathtub. Their customer service was awful! they barely attempted to fix any of the issues and responded carelessly. I would never book with them again.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hassle We stayed at “Cozy Modern Retreat | 10 Mins to Heights & Downtown” and unfortunately had one of the worst rental experiences. First, the welcome email lacked the correct check-in information, which created unnecessary confusion upon arrival. When we finally entered the home, we were immediately hit by a strong smell of trash left behind by previous guests — which had not been removed as promised. To make matters worse, the house was 90°F inside when we arrived. The AC took hours to even begin cooling, and it was still 81°F at 1 a.m., making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep on the first night. Despite assurances that the trash would be picked up first thing in the morning, it wasn’t removed until around 5 p.m. the

My five-day stay at the Katy Oasis with the game room was absolutely fantastic! This place was a true oasis, offering a relaxing and fun atmosphere. The game room was a huge plus, providing entertainment for everyone. The backyard was big enough for pets, which are welcome here. There's a deck, grill, and table in the backyard which was a huge plus for me and the friends I had over for burgers! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Katy. BTW, the master shower is to die for!

Avoid this company! Unprofessional & money hungry. There is a website warning people about them when searching their name. I wish I would have found it sooner as my experience with them was very similar to what was reported on that website.
