Bayberry Apartments

This apartment complex is trash!!!! I called the corporate office and I guess they didn’t refer my case. I moved in October 31st 2025 as an 18 year old and was put into a unit that I wasn’t showed at all! The unit I was shown was up to par the roof didn’t have water damage or mildew etc etc. Once I got the keys and signed my lease the lady showed me the unit i was given and I recorded a tiktok that went VIRAL the day i moved in and in the comments the people were telling me to look at the roof i ignored every comment because i didn’t think it was serious but i was WRONG, but within the time i resided there i took pictures and recorded and uploaded each photo and video to a file on my laptop. Michaela is a blessing! Don’t hesitate to ask, she truly listens and makes sure everything you need is taken care of. Her dedication and professionalism are unmatched.

They advertise amenities such as a pool and laundry services. The pool has turned into a frog pound since 2023 and is still in September 2024. All the washers out of service for months. Trash and bed bug infested furniture by the dumpsters for months. The photos of apartments they have advertised is fake, the apartments are outdated and in poor condition. Management always seems friendly but never takes care of problems. Resident of 1 year now. Update as of December 12 ,2024 New ownership and new property management. No noticeable improvements in property conditions, still plumbing, electrical and structural concerns. Mold in multiple apartment units.

I’ve had an excellent experience with our property manager Michaela. She was very professional, responsive, and seems to genuinely care about the residents.
