Bayaud Tower & The Gardens

I’ve lived in Bayaud tower for 8 months and really enjoyed my experience. Due to a kitchen fire that set off the sprinklers, there was very bad flooding that affected 12 floors and roughly 30 units. Thankfully my unit was unaffected and I can’t speak for those whose were. Our elevators had very limited service at that time due to damage, which was really frustrating, however, they had workers onsite constantly and an elevator repair person stationed there 24/7. They also sent out weekly emails updating us on the status of the repairs. I felt like this company managed that situation very well and worked as quickly as humanly possible to complete the job. My unit is very quiet, the neighbors are nice and the staff is also great. Katelyn at the front desk is always a welcoming face to come

We moved in to Bayaud Towers about six weeks ago and the staff have made us feel very welcome. Blake was great helping us to pick out a special apartment and Sarah helped with all the follow up. And Logan at the front desk has answered all our questions with great patience! We look forward to many happy years.

I had such a great experience with the search process in finding my perfect apartment. Lauren, the real estate agent, was SO kind and very helpful in the whole process. She was so great at getting back to us quickly, adjusting timelines, and handing out resources and information!

The Gardens will always be home. Anita, Manny, Jodie, Chef Tim, and others are some of the most fantastic property management employees we have ever met. Seeing Anita every morning is a blessing alone. CCT&G is a special place that I hope everyone gets a chance to experience.

I have lived here for nearly two years. I can’t say enough good things about it. We had a difficult time for several months due to an accident by another tenant and their response was quick and decisive. They went above and beyond to accommodate those affected. The staff is amazing! I hope I can live here the rest of my life!
