Bay Village Apartment Community

I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. The noise level is constant and excessive, making it difficult to relax or feel comfortable at home. Management is very disappointing. Sonia, the manager, shows little respect for tenants and is often unresponsive or dismissive when concerns are raised. Maintenance requests take far too long, and many repairs either get delayed or never completed. The rent keeps increasing, but the quality of the property does not. On top of that, the apartments have popcorn ceilings, which may contain asbestos, creating a potential health risk that management does not address. Overall, the combination of poor management, lack of maintenance, rising costs, and potential safety hazards makes this a place I cannot recommend.

Very poor quality walls and furniture, apartment complex itself is in terrible condition. Upon move out, landlord will try to do all repairs and improvements from your pocket. They will drain everything they can from you. Only under threat of lawsuit will they back down.

Very poor quality, bad customer services from the manager Sonia. The worst thing is that they never want to do any of the repairs.
