Bay Terrace Tacoma

I'll update my review later... So I just walked around the parking lot of building Phase 2 and I counted 33 parking spots with 7 handicap parking spots and five reserved parking spots in that number... they require us to have parking permits which includes having to have car insurance. Well that doesn't help at all because there are hundreds of tenants in this building alone. So even if everyone had parking permits there wouldn't be enough spaces to park our cars. If I park on the side at risk getting told. If I park without a permit I risk getting towed. If I park on the street I risk my car getting stolen or broken into.. It's annoying situation and I've been begging to move..

Bay Terrace, Apartments phase 2 is the worst apartments to live. I would not recommend these apartments for anyone. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything. The property managers do not do anything. They’re pretty much a slumlord. The building is filled with junkies and drug dealers rats and roaches black mold this is ran down property management won’t do nothing they’re lazy they neglect all the real issues they have had me and my family living with black mold that I reported to them and they continue to let us live like that for over a year. This is the worst place ever to be in the city of Tacoma should tear this place down.

Maintenance is okay. Sometimes repair things and sometimes they don't .apartment building needs updating inside. Window blinds inside the apartment not that very good people can see you. sometimes the neighbors are loud above you till 11:30 to 2:30 at night. It looks like they're trying to clean up the neighborhood which has made it a lot more quieter. They also need some more community entertainment and art . And more fun games to play besides bingo. Also what will make it more amazing is extra vending machine and a package mailing secure place for the residents here.

I just moved in and settled in already . It is a secured building , very nice place to live and feel safe as well happy . Lot's of brand new play areas for the children and a brand new basketball court as well as other enjoyable features . the building it self is brand new and just opened .

Very nice those low income and regular Apartments a comprable $900 apartment here would cost anywhere from 14 to 1700 in the surrounding areas . Pleasant atmosphere as well as staff
