Bay Property Management Group Fairfax manages our property in Oakton. For more than two years now our primary point of contact with Bay has been property manager Gloria Tarsia-Kaloz. Gloria is terrific! She is highly responsive and easy to work with. When issues arise with the property, she informs us immediately and is very good at identifying solutions. I'm sure she manages multiple properties but she always gives us the sense that we're a top priority for her --- which is a tribute to her work ethic and efficiency, because I bet all her other clients have the same feeling. And in addition to being highly competent, she also has a friendly, totally unbureaucratic way about her. In short, we feel very lucky to have her managing our property -- and Bay is lucky to have her on their team.
