I have lived at 920 Whitelock Avenue for the past three years. When Bay Management took over after my first year, my experience noticeably improved. I truly love my apartment and have always appreciated the prompt attention and genuine care shown when maintenance issues came up. Leah Choi has been outstanding throughout my time here. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and sincere concern for residents made a real difference and gave me confidence that issues would be handled quickly and properly. I am only moving to be closer to family; otherwise, I would seriously consider staying. The location near the park and zoo is great, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. Simone was amazing to work with! She was on time, very kind, and so flexible with my schedule. I really appreciated how patient and helpful she was throughout the entire process. She was professional, punctual, and extremely understanding. I loved the property as soon as I saw it, and she made everything feel easy and welcoming instead of stressful. My boyfriend and I currently rent under Bay Property Management Group, and our experience has been excellent so far. Their online portal and renter tools are very easy to use. Our Property Manager is Edgar Picasso and he has been super helpful in addressing any property issues in a timely manner! We recently had an outdoor pipe burst and he was able to help us locate water valves in our rental and got our pipe serviced in under 24hrs. Definitely recommend this company. :)

The property managers I have dealt with are 5 stars, though as a whole, BPM neglected major move in items for our unit. It is a very beautiful home and it is disappointing to see. Lina and Madonna are responsive, very kind, and have thus far advocated for me. They are fantastic! I do wish they were more proactive in communication but I am also anxious and frustrated and pushing for action faster than a large company can allow. The first day of move in we were not told about a water pipe issue and our water being off. However, mitigations were already in the works and resolved the same day once I reached out to- prompt action was very appreciated, but a heads up of the issue would have been great instead of moving in and finding no water.
