Bay Parc Apartments

We moved in just a week ago and are already completely in love with our apartment, the building, the staff, and the neighborhood. Everyone has been so welcoming and accommodating, and everything is thoughtfully set up to help residents feel safe and comfortable. We’re truly looking forward to living here and making many great memories. ❤️

Despite the limited time between the previous tenant’s departure and my move-in, I truly appreciate the effort made to prepare my unit. Enio and Carlos went above and beyond to ensure my apartment was ready within just a few days. While a few items were understandably missed in the rush, Enio and his maintenance team responded with urgency and professionalism, resolving everything promptly. Haissa, Resident Relations, also played a key role in making my transition seamless. Her support made moving from my old place to Bay Parc feel effortless. Overall, I’m genuinely grateful to the entire Bay Parc Apartments team for their dedication and professionalism. Their combined efforts made me feel welcome and helped turn my new apartment into a true home.

The service provided to fix my door was extremely efficient and fast. Everyone on the building’s maintenance team is kind and always greets you with a smile.
